Total Security Design
As technology has improved the versatility of such equipment has become virtually limitless offering added security in either high profile or covert locations or establishments, which might otherwise be considered vulnerable.
Images from multiple cameras can be displayed on a single monitor using multiplexers or DVR recorders, and can record all events from multiple cameras over a monthly period.
Surveillance systems can be remotely monitored and controlled to allow panning, tilting and zooming of cameras and additional or infrared lighting can be provided to improve picture quality during periods of poor light.
Covert cameras can be disguised as everyday objects such as clocks, mirrors or smoke detectors or hidden completely using pin hole technology and video pictures can be displayed directly onto personal computers to give live or instant pictures during alarm conditions.
